We recommend contacting the authorized dealer or wholesaler where you purchased the product for the most efficient service. Dealers are stocked with extra free replacement units directly from us, ensuring faster resolution for any manufacturing defects.

Purchased from a Wholesaler?

  • Please contact the store where you made your purchase to initiate the warranty process.
  • Local distributors handle after-sales service directly to provide you with faster support.

 


 

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: 1 Year from the date of purchase.
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects only.
  • What’s Not Covered:
    • Personal items, consumable goods, or attachments such as silicone rings and cartridges.
    • Damage due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.
    • Counterfeit products.

 


 

How to Claim Warranty Service

To process a warranty claim through your local dealer, please provide:

  1. A copy of the purchase receipt with the date of purchase.
  2. A photo of the serial number on the FENIX device.
  3. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue with the product.

If your purchase was made online or if a local dealer is not available:
